NOW I AM WORKING IN PRIATE COMPANY, THIS WEEK I GOT THE OFFER FROM Q-COMPANIES, NOW I SUBMIT THE REQUEST TO MY COMPANY FOR CHANGING VISA OR ISSUING NOC. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE A LOAN IN LOCAL BANK. KINDLY ADVICE WHETHER I HAVE TO CLOSE THE LOAN ? IT WILL MAKE ANY PROBLEM IN IMMIGRATION / LABOUR DEPARTMENT.

Hi ,

it is just like that , changing visa means transfer visa while you are inside the country , the bank will ask you to bring a new contract , a new salary transfer letter and your new residence permit ( from the new sponsor )

but if you want to do cancellation and going out for good in order to come back with a new visa , then you have to close your bank account and to pay your loan .

immigration will not make for you a cancellation if you dont bring a clearence from your bank.
