kabayan..it is not possible at this time,to work/migrate in the US.there is what they call--visa retrogression.wherein,there's only limited visa allocation for tourist,immigrants,etc..are u a nurse?let's hope for the obamab administration--that he could improve the US economy--and that could be a big help to speed up the lifting of visa retrogression..
