How much should be the earning

I am going for a job vacancy in the marketing division in a company in Qatar.I have been offered 4000 Qatar Riyal as basic salary,2000 Qatar Riyal as allowance and 500 riyal monthly as transport.If I am staying alone please can you tell me what would be my expense,and how much savings I can do.I heard that most of the money goes out in rent.How much does a house rent cost for a 1 BHK or a 2 BHK house?Also later on I am planning to bring my family that is wife and my 4 year old son,how much would be the total expense and savings that I can have.

well a decent one bedroom will not be less then 3000 these days.....you can rent a room somehwere sharing basis and this is what they will offer any asian..
