My current owner ship of my 2.5 acres of land in the mountains, lots of green lush jungle around the property, a river runs across the property and 45 minutes drive in either direction to the main city. Plus it is 10 degrees cooler than the main city. I'm planning to build a chalet 3b-2-bath with a 24 volt solar system with a solar water heater and my own water well, which is only 200 feet above the ground. My own dream is too be self sufficient in using Hydroponic farming.

Yeah, that stretch of pristine white sandy beach (the movie, the Beach) and clear aquamarine waters in Phuket, Thailand - breathtaking & heavenly!
/Edit - not Phuket? I went there when on holiday to Phuket, on the way to Phi Phi Island.
