Hi everyone, I am thinking of studying with my wife in Doha in August 2009, I am just wondering if anyone knows anything about cheap accomodation as we are both students. Thanks

Of course it varies greatly but I would guess a ballpark figure might be 4,000 - 8,000 QR.

I don't think they have housing, it is the Islamic Studies Academy, I did however send them an email just to double check. What is the average rental price there at the moment for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment? If anyone knows.

Perhaps your university will have married student housing. Everything else is quite expensive in Doha!
