how to get a job in one of these companies,i'm an egyptian fresh engineering graduate,need to get a job in one of the multinational companies in qatar,my resume is ready but i can't apply for any of the companies,i don't know why so if anyone knows the best way to do so please hurry in aiding me with that,and thanks all for your time.
if u have anybody that is living in qatar who is willing to host u .. u can come on a visitors visa and look for a job yourself

usually they based their recruitment on per experience basis.... its true that you better go home first or have at least a year experience in your country before applying a job here....
Well jobs for fresh graduates go to Qataris first. So the best paying jobs with good training at the big companies here are next to impossible to get into if you have no experience.
Probably best to go home for a few years, get some experience and then apply in Qatar. You will be much more successful.
