Thanks for the reply Sherwett and Fiza_honey!!How about an architect is that possible that she can also get a visa upon arrival in Qatar??Coz we've try to ask about that in Qatar Embassy and they said that it must be specific Enginner that has to be written in our designation.
My designation is Site Supervisor and we have a conference that will be held at Qatar and we are askin for your advice if we can get visa upon arrival.

If you will come here for a conference you will be able to get a visit visa thru your hotel. Contact your hotel and give them a copy of your passport & they will arrange the visa.
