OK, found it.

Easy directions:

From TV roundabout, head towards West bay on AL Jamiaa Street.

Cross University r'bout. cross signal at Al Wahda Street (from Rainbow r'bout). Cross signal at Onaiza street (from Intercon r'bout). Cross next signal at university. Take next right. this is a short-ish road. Take second left. As you get here you will see the flag on the roof. there is parking off to the right.

Inside the compound head to the single door on the right.

For info, a visa takes 4 days to process and costs QR200

From TV round about to Qatar university; take right from university round about. Next round about again take right. Next round about; again right and first out to right. Then left and then right. Keep going and watch on right side until you see your desired flag on some big villa.

The Vietnamese Embassy is in the same area where the Italian Embassy is. From the Chinese Embassy, you can see the Vietnamese red flag with one yellow star.

Its phone number is 4411784.

Hoping it helps

There is a Vietnamese embassy here. I was there on the country's I-Day. I may have dificulty in describing the actual location because it is situated in a very obscure street on the West Bay. If you could call Qtel directory at 180, you may probably get a phone number.

Cheers,

Larryd.
