Is it hard to find supply chaine positions ??

Hi all,

I am really interested to get a job on the oil & gas industry in Qatar or UAE; I applied many times for different positions, different companies, and different recruitment agencies…etc by e-mail, but no thing serious or interesting. Just some answers like (to reply my up dated resume or hold on till we contact you … etc).
Is it so hard to find a job in this field (materials, logistics, purchasing ….)??

Please, can some body tell me what to do???
How to get a serious contact and have a chance to assist in an interview?
