im here in doha working as IT head....

its already more than 2 years since i joined and i mlooking for a change....but my company not give NOC...

so, is there any possibility to get a good job in qatar itself?

i like qatar very much to continue here, but, how, i dont know...

please help to get yours good ideas please...

none can help u. go back in ur origin and come back after 2 yrs.

Sorry to break it to you but Alexa's reply is correct. No NOC , No Options. Anyway you may consider these two (2) options.

1. Apply and be Offered by "Q" companies (QF ,QP ,Q-Tel , Q-Chem etc.) which they can't refuse based on my experience.

2. Be banned from Doha for the next five (5) years.
