Exactly Alexa, i totally agree with that, she should be theres for extra help and support, not the primary care giver..

I have a friend who lost a child because her maid didn't know how to react when the child started choking on her food. She tells everyone she meets "Send your maid for First Aid training, its a small investment and you might never need it, but in the event that you do, your maid will know what to do in the situation".

Hardtalk these days are different, times are tough, extra help is needed. Personally i dont think theres anything wrong with having maids, extra help goes a long way in helping parents do a better job, but i certainly wouldn not leave anyone, raise my kids. For some though its not an option, they need to work, but cameras are a good idea if its necessary.

Gone are the days when kids were raised by their parents. Now parents are only reponsible for their birth and their upbringing is done by maids. Maybe thats why the kids are more attached to maids their their biological parents.

I wonder how many of you had maids/nannies while growing up?

God i wouldve smacked her back the same way. My friend just got herself a maid, and may need to leave the kids with her for two hours a week, and she was thinking of installing a hidden camera, for this exact reason..

The poor kid wasnt doing anything, just sitting there, shes taking her frustration out on the poor defenceless child. Wouldve loved to see the follow up video of when the parents saw this camera.

More dangerous is the situation when the big "kids" are left with young maids. In the end the maid is likely to get hurt.

yes she is lucky....she would have been the most deserved candidate to be stoned in public for her actions against a innocent child who can't even complain.....

why do people have kids when they can't take care of them and leave it to maids to handle them. shame on those parents who do not give their love, time and proper upbringing to their kids...
