Mechanical Engineer-10k QR

Hi,

I have an offer from a mechanical construction company for 10k QR + free shared accomodation at camp(2 in one room), free transportation (site-camp)+ medical as per law.

Status: single , 1 year contract (renewable)
Leave: 1 month after 1 year with tickets.

I am a Mechanical engineer having 3 years exp.
I am married but my family will not move with me now coz I have a kid of 2 months. Moreover the villa cost is as high that could be possible to bear with this salary.

My wife is fresh graduate MBBS having 1 year internship and 1 year clinical exp. It would be better for me to find her a job in qatar so that we can afford cost of living!

Please advice me should I accept the offer for single status with 10K QR? Also please help me for find a medical/healthcare job for my spouse. Is the any good middle-east job site for doctor's? My spouse will join me after 1 year. so I am getting time for getting job for her.

Your advice/help in any form will be appreciated.
