Hey everyone!

First thing first, i would like to apologize for 'contributing' to the boring threads of QL hahah!!... But this really means a lot to me... I've had so many different answers to this question and I would just like to get a definitive answer from someone that really knows what their talking about so i know what to get ready for...

I will turn 18 in a couple days, and i have a canadian driving license.

So in a couple of days when i got to Khalifa station what should i expect ?

OK, I wasn't satisfied with my answer so I did some looking on QL. (Couldn't find a darn thing in MOI.)

margaret07 said Qatar driving licence ...

"You need to apply for a licence with 7 days of arriving in Qatar. There is a form that needs to be signed by your sponsor giving you permission to drive. I had a Canadian licence, and was able to get a Qatari licence automatically with only an eye test. You will need 3 passport size photos.

If you have a Canadian driver's license can't you just get one here without going to a driving school? Check it out!
