Officially all goods even personal are subject to customs . But usually they do not impose tariffs on goods unless the price was high or if the customs officer doubt that it is for a resale.
Aramex is also possible, but unfortunately thy do not ship some goods such as perfumes, foodstuffs, medicines and other essential items.
Furthermore, many of merchants on the Internet does not accept international credit cards issued outside the United States.
Some shops also placed an embargo on shipping to the Aramex address such as apple.com
