ADJUSTMENTS

This is the first time that I have been in a GC (gulf country) and I can say that this is a little bit strange and difficult to me. Though a lot of people here are well educated and can speak english (Thanks God, makes my life easier!!! communicating with them has no problem), the problem lies in their weather. The weather condition now here is just like summer back in the Philippines and my problem is that I have a very weak immune system that everytime there is a minute difference in the weather I easily got cold. Is there anybody here who could give me advise what should I do to be able for me to adjust with this kind of environment aside from taking up vit.C and have a very good exercise every morning. I will really appreciate all your advise, comments and suggestions...Thanks...=)

I really believed and think so...they always rely on the A/C and personally, I think they will all die without A/C...because of their attire...but how about me that usually have the office get up...feeling so cold with the main cool is with my side...
