Any idea on suitable salary bracket for a skilled worker (Machinist/Technician) in Qatar?

This was in view with the offer of remuneration posted 2days ago. I've had comments that the mentioned offer was not very attractive at all. The company was is not involved in oil and gas industry. Please share insights regarding the desirable salary package for a Machinist/Technician in Qatar so I may very well negotiate with an increase. Thanks..

what kind of mechanic are you? do you know competition here in Qatar? first you hunt job and then bargain.here salary of mecanic start from 1200 qrs(300 $),with accomodation(?)without/with food,medical(like animal)and salary(first 6 month may be pending)
