25000QR are fine, but u have 2 know some information about ur new life in Doha.

1)Renting a flat 2 BR is not less than 8500QR/month

2)Schools are very expensive approx. minimum fees are 18000QR for international (American or British).

3)A car is very important, too.Coz taxies are very hard to find.

These are the besics to estimate ur offer.

Like sharmin said if your companaiy is providing u with accomodation then i don't think it would be a good idea to turn down the offer.if you are a bachelor then lavish will be a small word 2 say n if you are comin wid your family i can assure you cuould lead atleast a happy life!

According to me QAR 25,000 is enough and if ur company is providing you an accomadation thats more better because to rent a good flat in Qatar u huv to pay approx QAR 7000 -QAR 8000 and the food and transport expenses r approximately same as bahrain .

What is a good deal? I know people here that make a tenth of that and are extremely happy. I also know people that have been offered significantly more than that and turned it down. Good is a relative team.

Do you honestly plan on making a life changing decision based on opinions from people you don't know, who know absolutely nothing about you?

If you are seriously considering moving, why not take an hour or two and do some research on the cost of living here versus Bahrain. Then figure out how much your take home pay is here versus Bahrain. Now make an informed decision based on the facts, and not just because someone online told you it was a good deal.
