How to BLOCK a number?

Does anybody know how to block a number (qtel network) from calling you...
and also to stop the mobile from calling that specfic number..
NEED URGENTLY :) Your help is needed :D

you shud buy 1. but it only blocks 10 numbers.

Some phones like the Samsung D900 has this function. When you find out how to do this, please let me know.

My husband accidently blocked my number on his Nokia (Qtel) so I know it can be done. Don't despair, somebody tech savvy will help.
