Authentic Spanish PAELLA (Vol. 2)
The volume 1 "AUTHENTIC SPANISH PAELLA IN DOHA" authored by Bennis, as you can see has reached 3 pages and the original author had long vanished somewhere, I assume coz he never posted in the thread again. Since some QL members are still interested in the PAELLA FEVER and we're hoping that we'll get the interest of others too and finally somebody to invite and cook for us paella fans, let's start a new volume here. Guess I owe you an apology for the paella.
The leaving was´nt planned, it just happened.
I´ve put a post up to say goodbye (hello from spain) and to the thank you guys for the good fun here on QL.
Enjoy the paella and remember me when you´re eating it.
Greentea...the N3310 is working fine haha but I had to give the sim back to the company and I did´nt have internet connection in my apartment´hence the goodbye being posted today.

It was reception for spanish passport holders because of "Hispaniards Day" October 12th (Day of America Discovery).

lol Greentea I do BTW Paella is best cooked on Wood fire out in the open but for that we would need a paella (Pan) whic I dont think is available here the nest best is on a gas cooking range
