basic salary for plumbers

my husband is working there in qatar and his salary is 1,300QR/ month.. is that enough? it has free lodging and food and transportation.. but still.. is that the right salary for a skilled plumber? please help

i handle staff and workers from their passport to their
salary as per according to the agreement of workers to
the company. its already high when compared to salary
of our plumbers
ya i think its good but up to urs living styles .if he is earning well in his home country then its not too much its very littel ,if this salery is multiple of 4 as he is earning in his country then move otherwise need not .as a plumber i think he can do some part time worke here .but this worke should be the permision of his sponsor if they allow
