DO THEY WILL FAIL MY CAR ????

HEY GUYS THANKING YOU FOR ALWAYS GIVING GUIDENCE ON QL THOSE WHO NEEDED,
I WANT TO GO FOR COMPUTER CHECK UP OF MY CAR FOR 'ISHTIMARA' BUT 2 MTHS BACK IT HAD A SMALL(HAND PALM SIZE) SCRATCH(NOT BEND) NEAR TO LEFT REAR TYRE BECAUSE OF ONE PARKING BAR SO DO THEY WILL FAIL MY CAR IN COMPUTER CHECK UP ???? PLS ADVICE ME
Scratch is not technical fail,that is legal fail.
if your car legal fail than go police in side same compound,police will check, if police feel, it is not accident ,police will make stamp and sign.it mean your car passed.
if police told go and make repair,than go for repair(before go for repair take repair paper from any police station by showing car).
after repair again no need to go technical service,go to traffic police,police will pass than go to insurance and than for istamara.
(if technical pass and legal fail than again no need to technical service)
If you do not have any other problem with your car and it clears tecnical inspection but they will fail it due to not meeting the legal requirement. I am confident Police Officer will not fail your car for this minor fault.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
The might fail your car due to this, but they might not. Lat year one of my Cars failed because of this, I then took it to the police and they accepted it afterwards.
