gracegodinho, Definately get a trained person to massage your baby and NEVER massage a babys' abdomen! This is for professionals only and they will be able to teach you properly.....infact its quite a new age thing and I would worry that it would do more harm than good!....I'm not sure how much part time maids are, sorry!!...

agree with amoud on that....infant massage is solely for the moms...let the nanny do the house chores while you're recovering strength, but the infant massage should be reserved exclusively for the mother to do...

Yeah Super, infant massage is suppose to help relieve babies stress, assist in development by stimulating muscle groups and numerous other benefits right down to digestion. This is a very bonding act also, dont know if I would let a nanny do it. \

I was just opening this to say the same thing super... and in the gulf times he will be looking at paying the maid at least 1500 as he will not be sponsoring her.

Hatem, better to recruit a maid from an agency, you will pay for the recruitment process but save the money in salary and headache within a year.
