I was wondering, which is better, for a single person to live in.

A service Apartments, meaning you'll be staying in a hotel, and pay monthly rental, or normal apartments?

Of course the rental is different for both, around 4k differences, depends on locations, both f/f.

Anybody knows where other place can i get some info on these type of service apartment?

It's up to you to decide this. I prefer Serviced Apartments for obvious reasons.
