u have to visit the insurance company...pay around 300 QR to transfer the insurance to ur name.

yes u have to transfer and change name before..
some companies request 50 Qr to do that

For Comprehensive insurance you have to transfer to your name
if it is full comprehensive, u must then transfer it..
