hi,

i would like to inquire regarding A finished contract of two years who is no longer interested to renew the work visa and leaving this country, now is it possible for him to demand NOC for the purpose of his coming back to qatar specifying that the company has no regrets of his coming back and looking for another job.and also if he has the right to claim of his entitlement of benefits like the gratuity,bonus or overtime as far as his service rendered concerned.

He can request for an NOC and as per the labour law he is entitled for end of service benefits.
