scope of accounts jobs

i am a post graduate in commerce from india. for the past 15 years i am working as an accounts manager in a Rs.300 crore turnover steels manufacturing unit in chennai. now i got a job in construction company in qatar. it is only a accounts assistant job with a salary of 5500QR + shared bachelore accomodation. since it is my first abroad chance i am quite satisfied with the salary with an expectation that i can find a good job once i get there in qatar. because with the present salary i cannot bring my family to qatar. now my question is how far it is possible for me to find a good job there in qatar of other arab countries? is there any scope for the development for the construction companies in qatar.
the question of getting relese from your employer cums up then after ur contract expires. if he lets u go, then its ok. if not then u ll hav to go bck to india. its very expensive in doha nowadays, dont waste 3 yrs of ur life away from ur family , just to struggle here n end up with nuthing. stay where u r , or look for sumthing better.
i know that i am under paying by this company. but my contract period is for three years and i want to know after three years can i find a good job there in qatar or any other arab countries with my work experience?
First of all the construction companies are the worse payers....Also with the salary they offer you you will not be able to bring over your family. I am sure they will give you a single visa. What you need is Family status visa. If I were you I would look for a job where they would offer you more money (not construction), a family visa and an accomodation for your family.

In most of the govt co's in qatar, for A/C's asst, they pay m0re than 8,000 Qr. + Allowances, with out having much experience.
Try coming here in a higher post than this cos most pvt co's wont gif u release. So no chance of jumping in to other co's.
