Where can I buy a nice backgammon?

I am looking for a nice backgammon, with mother of pearl, like the ones from Syria. I have seen some in the souq, not really top notch, but they all have wooden pieces for stones/pawns. Anyone know if and where can I find pawns made of stone or real mother of pearl?
My dad who grew up in Alexandria is telling how nice they were etc etc, and I wanna get one for him for present.
