Hi,
I would recomment Marie Claire. It is just by decoration roundabout. I have been there twice now and both times it has been very good. They have treatments there as well like manicure and pedicure and such.
The prices are reasonable I think and they are very professional.
I went last week and had highlights, lowlights, cut and dry and it cost q.r. 560 which is reasonable.
There number is 4689211.
They are open 9 - 12:30pm during Ramadan. I am not sure if they are open in the evening at the moment
