Can I bring my family w/ a nanny?

I just arrived in qatar and will be working under a company. After probationary period of 3 months I will be entitled to a family status. I wish to bring my family ASAP, but I having hesitation to bring them immediately because I'm thinking that my wife will likely have difficulties in taking care both of my children currently 3-year old & 1-week old.
Is it possible to bring with them a nanny to stay with them together in the house while I am away at work? If is it so, what are the procedures & requirements to avail this situation?
