Very frustrated with QPost

I'm so frustrated with QPost. The first time I posted something with QPost was about 2 months ago and it worked like a charm. So I had to post something else and this time I used their express service. I was told it would take a maximum of three days for the parcel to reach Canada. It's been 10 days and the parcel has not arrived at its destination yet. I called QPost and all they can tell me is: it has left Qatar. So I go there, they make me fill a fax form, which I do, and they tell me to call back the next day. I do that and when I call I get the same answer: it has already left Qatar. Wft, what's the point in having a tracking number if you can't track the bloody parcel?
Oh, how dearly do I regret using QPost... Should have just used DHL.
For everyone out there: if you are sending important documents, DO NOT use QPost as they can't track the parcel for you.
