what if the company din't obey it? and don't even give any overtime fot the employees??

though most of the companies give 4 days, you shoud not ASK for it. it varies from company to company. But you can be assured that you will get TWO days holidays
Minimum is 2 days Eid Holidays
where are we goin to complain it......?
we all know that there is nothing we can do......even if we complain it we dont think that we could get an appropriate action for that.....
because we know that they are only doing what they want coz they know that the law was on their side....and they are the one in the position...
If we do complain they would just terminate us... that is why all of us were afraid.....
You can complain for it....
