Nice picture but my advice is put a better prize and you'll get more participations.

To be honest, not as many as usual. Partly my fault for picking a poor subject (I thought the festival would be much more than it was) and partly because people were away for summer I guess.

i submitted my pic with white wet shirt but they didnt like my hairy chest :D
