Work VIsa to US delayed

I got work permit and employment offer from US through H1B program.I went Qtar US embassy for my Visa Stamping.Unfortunately they sent my documents to US for further verifications(Anti Fraud verification) told me they ll contact.Any one know how long will take this process.Please Help me
