NOC?
Is it true that NOC alone is enough to make my husband come back here in qatar? can anyone help me, give me an idea on what to do so that i can get my husband back here if he leaves his job this coming december. We have the same employer but he don`t want to work there anymore, our sponsor dont want to release or transfer his visa to other company but he said that he will sign a letter that incase he want to come back to qatar,he will not object to that and that there is no problem if he will work to other. Is that letter strong enough so that he can come back and work again here? Is there any duration before he can come back? There are different kinds of NOC...you have to know what kind of NOC you are getting. If they gave you a NOC for entering Qatar, then your husband CAN come back to Qatar, but CAN'T work or be sponsored by another company. If the NOC they gave you mentioned that they don't have any problem if he'll work with another company, he can work, provided that the VISA that the old company gave is still valid, otherwise, he has to exit and buy/get another VISA, either Family or Business, but not a working VISA. If the NOC states that they have no objection to transfer sponsorship, then that's as good as being released.
