You need to get a job first (company or sponsor). They would apply a work visa for you and then they would arrange the work permit.

Regarding job, you can search the teaching jobs posted in this forum. Also post you CV in the job sites like bayt.com. Also check the news paper www.gulf-times.com. Go to the classified section and you would find jobs there. I think some teaching job were also present in 25th of august newpaper. Check that out.
