If you are drinking a lot of liquid right before or with your meals you will feel hungry faster as the water expands the stomach during eating but is easily passed through, deflating the stomach so that the actual food in there doesnt feel sufficient to keep you full.

Try drinking your water 30 minutes before your meals, nothing with your meals and only start drinking about an hour after. Also eating lean proteins will helo you stay full longer (skinless chicken breasts, fish, fat free cottage cheese). I also drink protein shakes (with water) between meals.

try a big spoon of really good quality honey..

if that doesn't work, then you should have your self checked, maybe worms...

hopefully not!!!

you should relax first and try to overcome the excitment being in a new country, new place etc....

try to cook something at home which is more healthy and Substantial with fresh Ingredients.

trust me you will feel much better..

good luck.
