now it's really difficult to access, very high level of security....just advise you to not forget your PASSWORDS...too many!! my head will explode with passwords!!
there are two security questions & answers which only you know. you are to use these in case you forget your passwords, which happened to me first day of migration from old system to new system. it may be a little frustrating at first but after a few try you'll get used to it.
this new system was designed to protect us, i'm sure they paid much for it.
