what is the procedure to cancel my visa?

i am working here one organization but i want to quite this job .. i would like to do my own buisness in india. in this regard i have one problem, that is i signed contract to my company upto 3 years like that, but i finished here only 8 montns.. but i dont like continue my job at here... for the above said what i have to do cancel my visa?
first go thorugh your appointment order \ agreement,
may be you have to inform to them little early (1 month-3 month early).i Hope no one make agreement for three years without any possible to cancel your visa in the mean time.
So just go thorugh your agreement & ask your HR.
Ask you PR at your job,
it normaly should not be a big problem,
