Most of the medical focus is on TB, other infectious deceases and HIV, but they will take a close look at your Blood pressure too.

I'll advise you to bring your own prescription and try to keep it under the normal range with your regular daily dozes before arriving. The weather here is very hostile to anyone with Hypertension.
