I had come to Qatar in June,2008 but had to leave for India for a month. As a result till now only one month's salary has been credited in my account. My wife also came on a Hotel sponsored visa for 3 days(company arranged for it)and returned to India on 14th june.My query is as follows :

1)Can i NOW bring my wife on a family visa to qatar(what documents are required)? Can that later be converted to permanent residence visa?

2)Is there a rule that the person cannot come back for 3 months because she has come on a hotel sponsored visa earlier(I have been informed by my PRO of this)??

3) In case the above Family Visa is not possible, can I get a tourist visa for her directly and for how long?? OR I need to get this again thru the hotel again..

Need URGENT HELP.

THANX IN ADVANCE

I think the 3 months condition is not applicable now, but even if it is only applicable if you came on visit visa and stayed for 6 months.

If you got ur RP done, then apply for spouse visa

you need a letter from the company for the visa

your edicational certificate

your salary certificate

marriage certificate

your passport copy

your wife passport copy

photos

Its is better to process the application through your PRO. if he is a kind of money minded then tip him and he will do all the needful.

Hi , If you have valid R.P on your Passport , your wife can come on Qatar Airways Visa which is issued at the airport . To do this you dont have to depend on your PRO , you can do it your self you & dont have to go through the hotels to get your wife in Qatar. 3 month condition is only for those who comes on Visit visa and stay in Qatar for the maximum period of 6 months .

You can also apply for Visit visa in immigration . some time P.R.O's are not having proper informations ;-)

Good Luck
