how many weeks does NHA releases MOH license for nurses?

I went to a dental clinic yesterday to apply as a dental nurse,but the director told me that,i need to get a license.then i told him,i already applied for one,and have to wait for a month to ne released,because that what the nha staff told me.but he answered,it's only a week.pls. help--i dont know which is which.i need to get a job,and im finding hard to look for one.thank you..
