i m Junior Engineer(Mech). My Visa will exprire Feb 2009. In mean time i ll go to vacation Oct 2008.
Any Possible to jump from present compay to other company....

For changing your job you have two options

1. get release from your present employer and look for another job

2. Dont renew your contract, go back to your home country & search for another job.

before posting a Question makeup your mind first & decide wat you are looking for

job,salary, vacation, marriage, visa validity......you are a confused soul I think
