Does anyone know of any meditation classes that take place in Doha? Especially relating to relaxation and stress release.

There are yoga classes at the ICC... Indian Cultural Center

Apart from the Art of Living Center in Qatar do try Indian Cultural Center at D Ring Road near Mall Roundabout.

They hold regular yoga classes and I assumr that meditation would be a part of it...
