X- Making People Fool

This is what happened with me and many innocent people recently in Doha.

I was happily living with my family(wife and infant son) since last 2 years in Doha(a small part of villa), one day saw an add in the gulf times, inviting people for accomodation - 1 BR or 2 BR flats near Veg/Fish market in Mamoura Area. After office I straight away went to see the house, when I reached there, I was amazed to see the kind of flats, this Real Estate company was selling for rent, starting from 4500 for a 1 BR to 5750 for a 2 BR, which is the lowest ever anyone can find in Doha these days. I immediately went back to my wife, took her to the flat, on seeing the flat she was also happy that at last we can get a flat in our budget. We, the same time booked the flat, the Real Estate Co. whom we were going to deal known as "Company X", whose business manager Y, was posing like he is giving peanuts, said all flats gone, only 25% left. There were 108 flats, 4 each in 27 villas, which were converted to 1 BR and 2 BR units. He asked us to pay the deposit and 24 PDC's in addition rent for the month starting 10th july, when the house will be handed over, 1000 riyals for E&W. We paid the deposit and we waited for 10th to come so we can move. On 12th finally we moved to this new home and had purchased QR 6000 worth furniture. After about 5 days, one evening, what we discovered was a bad stinking smell in from the AC's and outside the flat. We couldnt understand what that was, next morning what we came to know was that of a Slaughter house, stone's throw from the compound we were given flat. It continued every day. Our neighbour from nigeria(working with Dana Club and his wife, a hamad hospital employee, experienced the same, as we did. The person was allergic to the bad smell and he couldnt resist and had to find another house, that for 8500 riyals somewhere else, he along with his 3 children had to suffer. Now, it was our turn how and where to look for another home, in our budget, everyday i had to buy search in QL and gulf times and was running here and there with my wife and kid to get another house. 20 days we ran from post to post to get a house and finally we ended up in paying 6000 riyals for a 1 BR flat in Doha. Earlier I was paying 3000, which now jumped to 6000, all because of this company "Company X" and the business manager "Y" who is still fooling many innocent families in Doha, inviting them to come and stay in that compound in Mamoura. This I had posted for families to save themselves from this Company. I hope what had happened with me should not happen with anyone else. Byee.
