Health Center #21 is only for expatriates bachelors located at Fariq Abdulaziz behind Doha Petrol station. Other Health Centers are for families....

To change your health card location, you must go to your wife's/families health center(#75), and bring along with you her health card together with your health card(#21).

Talk to the Receptionist and tell them you want to register there as family.

They will automatically register you and give you a registry number in health center #75 to stick in your card.

You can use it anytime you want to see and visit a doctor in health center #75

The moment it expired and needs renewal, your new health card will shown the new registry number.

You can also renew it in the same health center, they have health card section with cashier for application and renewals and or you can avail the E-Gov service online.

Well some of the health centers are not entertaining the patients if they are from different health centers. It happened to me twice. You have to go to your health center and tell them you want to shift from this Health center to New one, then they'll ask u to fill up the form or they'll do it themselves, and they'll tell u it will take. --- days to shift....Good luck

hello friend,the health card can b used at any centres,there is no discrimination for this.you can approach your nearest health centre and if any further advanced treatment is needed they will direct to hamad medicaL centre.ok
