Help on Salary

I am in my husbands sponsorship in Qatar. I am a computer engineer of 4 years IT experience in an MNC India. Right now I got an offer from a leading company in qatar. what Package can I ask for? Please help

Since you are in your husbad sponcership u will get bachelor staus allowances. So you can ask for little high basic salary. (around 12,000) then as per the company standard the allowances are fixed. If the company has standard You will get it without any bargaining

12000 Basic + Accomodation or 10,000 Housing Allowance + 1000 Transportation ( all in QR)
