My Hamad card expires in a couple of weeks-whats the procedure for renewing it?also,ive shifted houses now-so live in a different area-how do i find out which my health centre is?
Go to the nearest hamad health center,bring along with you ur old health card,xerox copy of passport + visa,qr 100 for fee.Now a days,they are issuing the new health card.In which you will not wait for a week,may be in 30 mins or so,I recently had my health card renewed in Health center (airport branch),very easy & convinient.
Visit http://portal.www.gov.qa/wps/portal/ website, goto Health Section -> Health Card -> renew. User your Credit Card and the new card will be delievered to your postal address

Go to your Health Center or Hamad Medical show your old Card pay QR 100. They will tell to come back in couple of week or Two
Your Health Center does not change but there is an option to change by finding the one near the house and filling a form asking for transfer.
