Chances of finding work

Hi guys. I'm hoping someone can give me their opinion on my soon to be husband's chances of getting a job here? 54 y.o. Experience: over 10 yrs upper management(local govt. Aust)budgets, staffing, local laws etc in Animal Mngt Dept. But no degree, only grad mngt cert. I have the chance to stay long term but need to decide whether or not to take a contract. I'd really appreciate your opinions. Thanks so much

At a mere 54 he still has lots of work ahead of him and he will be allowed in. Don't focus on the degree - I don't have one either, but I do have 20+ years of relevant experience (which we all know can't be taught)

Start scanning the Class Ads for work and ask all your friends (and friends of friends) - lots of jobs out here are found by word of mouth.
