hi good people of qatar...greetings!
im working in an office as a marketing manager,with a salary of 3,200 inclusive of everything...on september 19,2008 it will be my 1 year with the company,personally im not happy with the compensation that im receiving and i will look for another company after september 19,2008 my questions are;
what will happen if my sponsor will deny NOC/RELEASE?
IF my sponsor cancel my visa/permit due to my resignation what will be d consequence?
am i eligible to work with other company after my resignation?
what are the procedures

If u couldnt get NOC u have to leavethe country within three months and will not be able to get another job in Qatar but after two years
for changing company you must need the NOC and transfer permit from the current sponsor. If your visa will get cancelled, then you will have to wait for 2 years (now there's news that the ban became 5 years... but not sure..) to come back to qatar in a new work permit. better to seek the NOC from the current sponsor or ask for a better package from the current employer.
To change job NOC is a must
