The Doha Summer Festival 2008 seems like the perfect opportunity for the next QL photo shoot. So if you're not one of the lucky ones who has escaped Doha for the summer you can alleviate your boredom by getting down to the participating venues and taking some snaps.
The competition will be limited to the events taking place in the shopping malls. There's a full schedule of what's happening on the official website;
www.dohasummerfestival.com
and also on Qatar Happening;
www.qatarhappening.com
As an added incentive, a selection of the photos will be posted on the Qatar Happening website and the winning photo will appear in the September issue of the Qatar Happening magazine.
(Please note that by entering the competition you are giving permission for your photos to be used by Qatar Happening.)

Good luck and happy snapping!
still looking forward to the results :)
you never know until you try
Unfortenately not so many people entered this time, but there are still some nice photos. Guess quite a few people are out of Doha at the mo, plus in hindsight I don't think it was that good a choice of subject for a photo shoot. Oh well, live and learn!
getting excited to see the results.
I saw a fantastic dance group in one of the malls but unfortunately didn't have my camera...typical!!! :(
Today is the last day to submit your photos. Please ensure they're tagged with DSF2008.
Sounds like a plan :D
